The Wages of Fear (2024)

Based on the 1953 Henri-Georges Clouzot film of the same name, The Wages of Fear (2024) is an even more action packed update of this classic tale than William Friedkin's Sorcerer (1977). In a twist on the classic tale of four criminals being conscripted to drive through the jungle, this update finds a crack team of soldiers being called into service when an oil well explodes and catches fire near a refugee camp. These experts now face the daunting and life-threatening task of driving two trucks filled with dynamite across a treacherous desert landscape in order to put the fire out. 

While this update is nearly an hour shorter than the original, it does have one major advantage over the Clouzot classic... nudity! In a steamy scene before the action of the film really gets into motion, Ana Girardot pops off her top and we see her left breast as she gets busy with her man!
