Basketball star Caitlin Clark has been making headlines for months now. The college basketball star for Iowa is gearing up for a big career ahead of her: the WNBA and a potential spot on the US Olympic Team for Women's Basketball (although she had to miss the first day of training which might jeopardize her spot on the prestigious team). Caitline Clarke was a Pennsylvania pretty girl who studied at the Yale School of Drama. She took her acting skills and education with her to Hollywood where she starred as Simone in 1986's Crocodile Dundee, Sharon in The Big Picture in 1989, and Sharon in The Kid Brother. She also appeared in episodes of Matlock, Sex and the City, and Moonlighting to name a few.
She starred in the Oscar-nominated film Dragonslayer from 1981 which doesn't get as much credit as it deserves. This film was marveled at for its special effects when it came to bringing a dragon to life - so much so that George R.R. Martin was inspired by this dragon! Even filmmaker Guillermo Del Toro said this film inspired many of his monstrous designs. I'm sure Clarke's debut also helped!
The film follows a wizard's apprentice who must kill the dragon that is eating the town's virgins. Oh no! Not the virgins! I supposed this wizard's apprentice could just help out by asking the women if they'd like to not be virgins anymore, but this young lad was obviously thinking with a different head. He meets Valerian, played by Caitlin Clarke, who instead offers a plan. She disguises her virgin self as a boy and joins the wizard's apprentice in fighting the dragons.
This was a Disney production, so there weren't going to be sex scenes. That being said, there was some nudity in the movie and that same nudity did cause some controversy at the time of the film's release. In a swimming scene, Caitlin Clarke ditches her tomboy attire to swim nude in the lake. She skinnydips and shows off her titty and her booty. That is one big booty! How can she disguise that perfectly shapely body of hers to not look like a woman? This is a sexy, womanly figure that is sure to put your pants in the splash zone.
You may be able to guess, but this is not Caitlin's actual butt. It is a body double. But this booty double's derriere is forever attached to Caitlin's career. Consider that one lucky ass. Sadly, Caitlin Clarke passed away in 2004 from ovarian cancer at the age of 52. We are remembering her legacy here forever!
