Weekend (2013)

Weekend (2013) is a Russian film adaptation of the classic novel Elevator to the Gallows, which was adapted into a film by Louis Malle in 1957. This film updates the action to modern day Moscow where Igor (Maxim Matveev), the manager of a major financial firm, has committed financial fraud and murders the company's auditor to cover up his discovery. Igor leaves the building in a hurry, forgetting to take the papers proving his fraud with him, and doubles back to retrieve them. He becomes trapped, however, in an elevator where he must now spend the entire weekend. The best addition to this adaptation has got to be the nudity that director Stanislav Govoruhkin decided would enhance the story, and does it ever! In several flashbacks, we get to see two topless scenes and a phenomenal full frontal shot of the lovely Yuliya Hlynina! Another actress with a similar name, Yuliya Peseild, one-ups her co-star by baring all three of her beautiful b's, making this the kind of Weekend we wish every weekend could be!
