Vault (2019)

Vault (2019) is based on the true story of three criminals who managed to steal over $30 million from the Rhode Island mafia in 1975. While they're stealing money, we're stealing peaks at Samira Wiley's nipples. She lays in bed with her man, showing pokies in a green dress, and when she rolls over to her side one of her breasts full comes out of her top. Unlock the vault and show us some vavavoom! It may be the only bit of skin we get throughout the course of this flick, but it still delivers as a basic bread and butter heist flick. It has a relatively enthralling story from beginning to end. The characters are also well played, considering the script leaves something to be desired. Vault looks pretty convincing too, despite the fact the budget is low compared to other films of its ilk. Mr. Skin can recommend this one if you like your true crime and history will a hefty dose of embellishment and B movie sensibilities. Sure, it could have stood to show off some more skin from its cast, but that's basically the case with every film that comes into Skin Central's queue. If there's one thing to admire the most it's that it does harken back to the 70's quite convincingly, and the director shows off his talents in unique and creative ways. All in all, Vault probably won't have you vaulting over your coffee table to watch it a second time, but it's worth one go at least. Plus there's boobs!
