Night of the Dead (2006)

Not to be confused with George Romero’s zombie classic Night of the Living Dead (1968), Night of the Dead (2006) is a ghoulishly low-budget creeper from cult director Eric Forsberg. Joey Jalalian stars as Anais Sturben, a pregnant patient who’s barred from leaving the hospital where her intern husband works. Anais senses something is amiss, but it isn’t until she becomes privy to deranged experiments with a zombie serum that she realizes she needs to flee. The trouble is, it’s going to take some help from the walking dead for the mom-to-be to exit the building. The zombies in Forsberg’s film boast rotting flesh and putrid scars, but they also have an odd tendency to walk around topless. Therefore if you can get past the ghoulishness, undead bombshells Mary Christina Brown, Scarlet Garcia, and Deirdre V. Lyons have some alluring treasures to offer.
