Jason of Star Command

Jason of Star Command was a sci-fi series that aired without raising much attention from September 1979 to August 1981. Nowadays this show is mainly of interest for any true StarTrek fan since one of the members of the original cast was none other than James Doohan, better known as “Lt. Commander Montgomery Scott” alias “Scotty.” The story was a spin-off of yet another sci-fi series named Space Academy and took place on the same asteroid. It centred on the Star Command officer Jason (Craig Littler) and his fight against villains in general and the one-eyed Dragos (Sid Haig) in particular. As far as nudity is concerned, the only female cast member who ever came close to some on-screen nudity was leading lady Tamara Dobson. Check her out in the blaxploitation flick Cleopatra Jones where she looked mighty hot without actually showing anything. Obviously Pam Grier wasn’t Tamara’s role model...
